Memory of a broken dimension is...a...thing?. I don't really know how to call it.
The game start with a pc that turns on with a OS that is called RELICS in a DOS like style.
you can see the folders on pc writing "dir" exactly like on DOS. here you can see a bunch of files dated 2029 with wich you can interact, here you have to hack the system and restablish the link with some satellites that allow the remote control of...something? .
at this point you can take the control of this thing with jet starting to look around in a not well defined room with shard of rocks floating around and a great black hole above your head.
The screen and the sounds buzz for the whole time like if the connection should unlink at any time, it's strange and really exhausting, many times I have been tempted to close the game, but curiosity force you to go around trying to understand what's happening, and just when you begin to understand the mechanics and how to keep on your adventure...the game end, or better, the prototype end.
yep, this game is in development from 2012 he was greenlit on steam on october 2014, and his release is programmed for this year on PC, Mac and Linux.
At this time I don't think to be able to release a vote, I will try to play when it came out and give a best review.
You can try this prototype for free at: http://xra.itch.io/memory-of-a-broken-dimension
